Jay the owner was spot on. As indicated any bumps in the process give him a call and as advertised the issue was resolved in appx 15 min after calling him. Jay indicted what I had o do to prepare and receive the car to assure all things would go well and they did. The price of moving the car worked out to be very competitive available.
