I needed to transport my wifes 2010 Camaro from Ft Worth TX to Mesa AZ after getting a number of quotes Jays Auto Transport had the best rate by far. After contracting with Jay I was notified that a shipper had agreed to pick up the vehicle in a few days by a company called No Doubt Auto Transport. The pickup went as scheduled on Friday and I was told it would be delivered on Monday. Well when it was delivered the driver noticed that the side view mirror was scratched, he said this was due to a tire blowout which caused the transport to shift. The driver said he would take care of the damage himself which was fine by my since I did not want to wait for the insurance company to act. The driver said he would send payment that Tuesday, well that did not happen and he assured me it would be taken care of in the morning. When I did not hear anything back from the driver going into the early afternoon I called Jay and he immediately was able to reach the driver and the payment was made by the driver to my body shop. If it were not for Jay I would have had to file a claim which would have held me up even further for only $250 worth of damage. I would give Jays Auto Transport my highest recommendation as he always answers his phone and genuinely cares about his clients. Thanks Jay for making this issue go away quickly so I can fix the mirror on my wifes 2010 Camaro.
