My car was delivered damaged in transit on the truck and JR and company have been difficult to deal with, it has been over two months now and they have not paid for the damages. Damage estimates averaged $900. It was roof damage, scratches and dents in the same red color used on the truck and its chains. In the end I made a personal claim through my own insurance company (USAA, they made payment within a week!). JR's Towing and Transport have been very negligent, I would never use them again, and would never recommend them to anyone.
