My truck was supposed to be picked up on 6/20/11 however they called and said they would come on 6/21/11, however, they never showed or called until Thursday around 6pm and only after I called and asked what is going on. Matt the dispatcher was rude, inconsiderate and should not be working with the public. They never let me know what was going on (I found out truck broke own twice) and showed no compassion and even askedme why I kept calling. Long story short, my truck was 6 days overdue costing me an xtra 500 to rent a car. They SUCKED!!!!!!Please do not use their services.
