Horrible Company

Usually I just brush off a bad experience and do not leave a review. But this company was so bad I felt I had to write a review. We were told they could pick up our car n Thursday which is when our movers were coming- and I had a scheduled flight to Virginia from Las Vegas the following day. We called that Thursday to see what time they were getting the car, and we were told that they could not get it that day after all, the earliest they could come get it would be Saturday (the day after I leave).Since it was now too late to go with another company we had no choice, but informed them that there would be no one there to give them the keys to the vehicle. We were told by the dispatcher to leave the keys in the tail-pipe.We lived in Las Vegas- it is not ok to leave a vehicle on the side of he road with the keys in the tail-pipe!

Saturday finally rolls around- and the driver calls and says he is still in California and will not be able to get the car on Monday- so that is another two days that the car is sitting on the side of the road where we cannot attend to it. At least on Monday we get word that the car has been picked up- but now we don't have any idea when it will be delivered. We get a call on Wednesday that the driver will drop off the car the next morning at 8am. This of course does not happen- we get a call at 11am that the driver is still 40 miles away.


SO I sit and wait- finally the driver arrives, outside of the complex across the street saying the truck will not fit in the complex. The day before the movers (in a vehicle twice the size of the auto transports truck) made it all the way to the door just fine. The driver was basically making excuses about not being able to drive in.I walk all the way to where he is parked and he says we owe an extra $100 for the stuff that was in the car. We were told by the dispatched that the things in the car would not be a problem, and now this driver is holding our keys hostage until we give him $100.

The communication was poor within the company, and then to us- I would never wish anyone to use this company.
