Horrible experience with this carrier. The trucker was 3 days late for pick up(and unapologetic). Communication was poor between the broker and the trucking company (both the driver and their dispatch). They would not update the broker or return her calls. The truck driver (Anthony), was courteous to me, that and the the fact that the car finally made it to the destination was the only positive thing in this whole ordeal. The work ethic and lack of interest in customer service from this company was ridiculous. The car was clean when it left and was delivered with the interior dirty. The recipient of the car said it looked like somebody had been using it (I know they have to shuffle the cars around as they make their way accross; I think the driver simply did not care to wipe his feet- I don't think that the car was taken cuising, but I'm not sure of that). After expressing to me that he would accomodate the recipient of the car on delivery time, since he had been running late, he then called her and told her he would be there between 1000am-1100am; So she chose 1100am since that meant that she would only lose one hour of work. Then the driver has the audacity to call the recieving customer to request that she pay cash because he needs fuel. All the way through, this has been an utterly horrible experience moving this car with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as matter of a fact, I would discourage anyone considering this company based on my experience. The gentlemen that gave positive reviews must not have used the same K.J. Faclon! This company are not registered with the Better Business Bureau(BBB) and also have negative comments from them on the BBB website. Do your homework, choose the right company, do yourself that favor. take care- I'm out!
