KJ Falcon called us three days prior to our scheduled Friday/Saturday pick-up window and asked to pick the car up Thursday, a day early. We let them know that it wasn't possible and that we will stick to our original pick-up window. Matt from KJ Falcon told us no problem and we will see them Saturday.

Friday no call/no show, Saturday no call/no show, when we called them Saturday their dispatch was closed for the weekend.

Sunday comes and we had to cancel our flights and drive the car home instead. We finally get a hold of Door to Door on Monday. After a couple more hours KJ Falcon calls us to pick the car up the next day, being Tuesday, three days late.

As a side note, at one point on Monday they tell me the car has been picked-up and delivered already.

On Friday I talk to Roy from Door to Door and he tells me his computer shows that KJ Falcon will be there Saturday and he sees the driver who is picking up the car and he is a great driver.

If you are working with a schedule, like communication, or honesty steer clear.
