Dispatched my customers Harley Davidson to get picked, Sounded like the best

I had a bike on the load website posted kj falcon Matt called me and told me they are the best company out there and are equipped with the right equipment to haul bikes and matt promised me they will be sending out a team to load the bike properly. So i went ahead told my customer all that info and assigned it to them. Promised me to pick up the bike on monday, customer calls me late monday asking me why has the bike not been picked up yet. I called kj falcon some retard kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes without answering at all i kept calling none stop he kept telling please hold and thats it after 20 trys finally answered the call and told me the driver wasnt able to pick on monday as promised told me they had issues and I was fine with that but should off called me earlier because my customer is waiting. I called the customer explained everything and apologized for their mistakes and he said ok when can they get it I said Tuesday he is like ok. Tuesday nobody is calling agian I call them again every time I call they put me on hold AGIAN! for 5 minutes after 20 times calling them, finally reached some guy telling me they might get the bike on Wednesday instead off Tuesday, I got really mad and went off at the guy he didnt do much just gave me the drivers phone number to call him. I called him he IS telling me again Wednesday they will pick up the bike I told him that are lien to me everyday they are telling me something different. He said Ill try to get it today. Finally called the customer told him that they will get it on Tuesday customer said ok. 8 hours later driver calls me telling me he cant pick up the bike because its to big and hes by him self. WHY THE HELL DID MATT TELL ME HES PUTTING A TEAM TO PICK UP THIS BIKE!! I had to call back the customer explain the bad news again and he is mad asked me to cancel the order. LOST MY GOOD CUSTOMER BECAUSE OFF THESE COMPANY!!!


WASTED COUPLE DAYS WITH THIS COMPANY AND LOST MY CUSTOMER AND MY PROFIT.


DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY ITS ALL B**S

MATT IS A LIER!!!

GOING WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND TIME AND THEY WILL DELIVER IT LATE ALWAYS HAVE GOOD EXCUSES!!!!
