Not only was my car picked up late, but delivered 20 (twenty!) days after the original estimated day. the truck brocke down. this can happen of course and i would understand. but what i cannot understand nor accept is the non existing sense of customer service of this company.
i had to call several times, every time very unfriendly answers and complete lack of customer service.
first time when the truck did not show up for pick up. answer: it will come 2 days later. it finally came 4 days later. no information what so ever !
then delivery in PA... a nightmare.... delivery should have happened on May 5th aprox. no calls from the driver, so i called; call went directly into voicemail. never go an answer. then i called the dispatchers, very unfriendly. answer: truck is brocken and is getting fixed. no idea how long this could take.
last week, i threatened to report the car as stolen if the delivery does not take place until May 30th. then on Sunday before memorial day, the driver calls at around 3pm announcing the delivery at 11pm (PM !!). i can only cash 500 USD per day with my debit card, so i had to borrow cash from friends in order to pay. a 24 hrs call in advance is industry standard, i think.

i should have checked this review page before i hired them ! and so would have avoided so much hazzle.
