Shipping my vehicle through KJ Falcon was the worst experience I've had to date with any company. Vehicle was picked up at my home address, and was on time. Started off great, minus he fact that I could not understand the driver! He spoke broken English at best, which made for a near impossible time understanding when he would arrive at my pick up address. The dispatcher was no help in translating the driver or assisting in communication between driver and myself. The destination was on the contract, even on the slip that I received from the driver. However he REFUSED to drive past Virginia when the drop off was in Southern Maryland. Tried calling dispatcher for KJ Falcon with no response. Driver still refused to deliver to my location as per the contract and was threatening to leave the state with my car!!!! I had to drive 2 hours to meet him, only after I told him I will be coming with Police did he agree to wait for me.

Absolutely horrible service, still no communication from KJ Falcon Logistics, could not understand driver, delivered to wrong state, threatened to leave when I had to drive hours to meet him because of their mistake. No matter what low price they give. DO NOT USE this company! Worst experience with any company I have had in my entire life.
