My car was delivered to the wrong state. I recently learned from the brokerage company that awarded my bid to KJ Falcon, that supposedly KJ Falcon contacted me and I agreed I meet in Virginia instead of the contracted delivery address. That is a blatant lie!! This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever seen. Driver barely spoke English, the dispatcher never answered his phone, returned voice mails, or emails. And they lie about communicating with me!!!!
