i submitted a request online to have a vehicle moved. 5 min later dorain form k & r express called and explained everything to me. I thought he was a little TO thorough but i guess that is a good thing. HE told me my vehicle would be picked up on 7/18. The driver was there 1 hour earlier than the time that i was told, which was a surprise because from the reviews i read it looked like he was going to be late. THey did an inspection for me and mounted it on the open trailer. Dorian was very communicative with me during the transport he basically called me every day to advise me where my vehicle was. The vehicle was delivered about 7 days later in the same condition it was in. The driver was actaully nice enough to wash my car with out an additional cost as the vehicle had debree from the transport. I could not ask for a better service nor better customer service like qualities. I will be using them again in about a month when i have o return to florida.
