I contacted k & r express when i found them on google. i spoke with a rep name jennifer. she was very knowledgeable about the transport industry. We booked my pick up with in 3 days as my vehicle was at the manhiem auction in california. After sweating bullets thinking my vehicle was not going to get picked up, i got a call from one of the drivers form k & r express. He stated that he was in route to pick up my unit 1 hour after i got off the phone with jennifer. I was completely in shocked and amazed on how quick the response was. I own a small dealership here in NY and will be using K & r express for all my out of state transports. Thanks again jennifer!
