Not knowing that the world of auto transport is the wild west, I gave the work to the lowest price quote. I should have picked pu that something was wrong when on the invoice and agreement I had to sign had NO DATES. So, things seemed fine until the day before, when I was told I would be called by the trucker. No call on the day before. So I called first thing next morning and was told the server or internet was down. I was told I would be called back when it was fixed and they could see my order details. No call back, so I called again towards the end of the day around 3pm. This is the day the truck should arrive, keep in mind. This time I'm told no news of the server being back up, but that they are getting some bites, but not at the price they quoted. I felt like they were waiting for me to be desperate and ask for anything available. I did not, and verbally agreed that the next morning would be ok. No more info all day. I called the next morning tp see if anything was gonna happen. The rep kept blaming everyone else for not doing there jobs, him having had a week or two to line this up already. When nothing was ready by 11am, we canceled the order. Then I get a call about a half hour later saying they got a truck line up, but I felt I had been lied to enough and I couldn't trust them so the order was still off.
