This is the second time we decided to use King of the Road's services. Before we had never transported vehicles and did not know what to expect. We are a military family and this time were a little under pressure and time constraints to get both vehicles shipped out. Alex and Ivan really worked with us to find a carrier in plenty of time. The person they found was professional and both cars arrived in perfect condition. One vehicle I was a little nervous about shipping because it was just purchased. But they took excellent care to see they were shipped properly. The carrier also stayed in contact with me to let me know when he would be arriving to his destination so I could let my contact know on the other end. It is rare in these times to find such excellent customer service. I don't see it very often. Since we are retiring from the AF I don't expect to need their services again, but should we, I would definitely use them again!
