I had to quickly ship my car (Black Hyundai Elantra 2013) from WA to CA and after many tiring hours of researching on the Internet, I found King of the Road to be one company that was not pestering me with tons of SMSs, phone calls or emails. Instead, they just sent me one email and that was enough for me to proceed. They have top ratings on every site and that added to the confidence.
Nadia (vehicle shipping co-ordinator) was very helpful in getting my requirements, dates etc and set me up with Alex (the dispatch expert). Once we agreed upon a pickup and drop off date, everything went smooth. They sent me the details of the driver (Larry from Ram LLC), his insurance/permit copies etc. Both of them explained the agreement that was being signed in detail which is very important in such moves.
Larry (truck owner) is awesome. He picked up my car on the date promised and delivered it again on the date promised. He did a complete inspection of the car at both places, took pictures and carefully loaded/unloaded the vehicle on busy (and tight) streets right in front of my apartments. The mileage was exactly what it was when the car was unloaded, absolutely no damage whatsoever.
I highly recommend King of the road and the team of Nadia, Alex and Larry.
