Kings Hotshot Express took my bid from TN to NJ from All Day Auto Transport. I want to say that both John the driver and Vito from dispatch are both stand up guys. Vito kept me apprised during transport of my Jaguar and John was very patient with me, giving me ample notice to be at the drop off site (as I was at work) The transport time was decent. Upon arrival my vehicle wouldn't start (Out of gas) John was patient enough to help me roll the vehicle off his truck. At no time did ne lose his patience, nor did he make me feel rushed. (And he had 3 other cars to drop off the same day) The only concerns I had was the car was dirty (No fault of John or Vito - it was weather related) and that my driver's side window stopped working. (Again, I'm hoping it's weather related with the cold temperatures) All in all a great experience and I would certanly use Kings Hotshot Express as my carrier of choice for my future auto transport needs.
