Damaged Van Refused to Pay the Deductable

DO NOT USE. THIS COMPANY, I used a broker and it was assigned to LT - ANNA RENTA they I believe use two locations and destroyed my Sprinter Van by scratching it on every tree. Then the driver tried to compound out the spots and in doing so removed the clear coat . Now the Grafix have to come off and the damage exceeded over 5k .Do not use CANAL insurance for some reason they won't pay the total and said the LT has to pay it. NOw after canal paid all but $1000 LT for the first time they did not do it. It went from the dealership to where I met it so who could have did it? If you use a broker ask who they are giving it to and do not use ANNA RENATA @ 630-890-1101
Feel free to call her and ask. The broker also left on the broker sites a warning to all not to use LT or any other name they may go by . I will put this on auto post to every site for a period of 1000 days as I will do a day for a dollar till she decides to pay or my insurance company now has to subrigate to canal.
