horrible customer service

I contacted Dat to arrange a pickup of a used veh. I planned on using this veh for our next vacation. I checked with dat numerous times and on Mon they said they spoke with Lt and that it would be delivered late afternoon. I waited all day for the vehicle. Dat finally gave me the drivers phone number. I called him four times. A severe storm came in at about 830 p.m. I finally got through to him at about 9 p.m. and he said they were unable to deliver it. He did not give a reason and related he did not know what I was talking about. I asked him about why he did not give a call and his reply was if we can get it to you within a couple of days of the promised day that they do not call. I was paying a good deal of money and told everyone upfront that communcation was the key because this was the first vehicle i ever shipped and bought without driving it first. He acted like it was no big deal and said i will be there inbetween 10 am. and 11 am. I took off work again and it was again a no show. I got ahold of the company and they said the driver was off of work. I then became extreemly upset and they had someone else ship the vehicle to my house that day. The other issue was when I was talking to the driver, I asked where the car was and turns out it was ten minutes from my house. UNBELIEVABLE. After ten minutes, I tried calling him back and tried in the a.m. as I figured I would just go a pick it up. BUT NOONE answers thier phone and definately do not use them. Also if u are contracting with a broker make sure u specify not to use this company.
