Damaged car without acknowledgement or return calls

Shipped car from Maryland to California. Pickup was prompt and delivery was prompt. However, on delivery, the driver did not clean his oily hands and he soiled the driver's seat, driver's door, and steering wheel. Once I was able to wash the, car, there were several scratches on the back gate of the car. I tried on several occasions to contract the manager, who avoided calling me back altogether despite several promises. Very unprofessional. Like other customers, I was basically laughed at and my concerns were dismissed. I would not recommend. Being prompt does not make up for damaging and soiling a car.
