Link Auto Transport hauled a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for us from Houston, TX to Dallas, TX. We had a pre inspection done on the vehicle and it had only minor scratches (normal road wear) all over the vehicle. On delivery, the Jeep had 2 very large symmetrical, deep dents and bad scratches in the roof just before the sun roof. It was ovbious transport damage!!! The carrier tried to lie saying the damage was pre existing but, we have plenty of documentation showing it was not. They are liars and refused to take care of the damages. We did submit a claim to their insurance, Progressive, but their deductible was $2,500 (not $1,000 like their certificate of insurance said) and since the damages were $2,200 the insurance would not pay the claim. We are left with our Jeep that has over $2,000 in damages not taken care of by this horrible transport company. I suggest no one trust them! They are liars! And will not take care of their own responsibilities! Horrible, horrible company!!!!
