Vehicle picked up on time and then was not delivered for 6 days on a 650 mile trip!
Terrible communication, delivery dates switched constantly to later and later and later. Trip should have been 2 days maximum.
No accommodation was made to customer for lateness, just demands for money. The cost to rent a car was over $150.
I will never use these people again and I suggest you don't either.
