M2Reeves provided great customer service. I always immediately got someone on the phone. They were responsive to my emails in a timely manner. Someone else was going to receive the car on my behalf at the destination. I had to call my contact person to get a hold of the driver to arrange a different place of pickup than my address. The contact person took care of making sure everything was set with the driver. The Company was able to deliver on the pickup and delivery times. The quote was never changed at any point during the process. No fuel surcharges or anything like that.
