car transport - excellent experience

This was our first time using an auto transport company. I read the Transport Reviews (a must and highly informative) and requested quotes from several of the 5 star rated companies. I picked M2Reeves for several reasons. They e-mailed a quote first and then followed up with a phone call. Brenda was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and then my follow up ones that I had forgotten to ask. They addressed comments posted on Transport Reviews. They had the best (initial) price.

I made a reservation on Friday at 1:00 PM, by 5:00 PM they had a carrier scheduled for the next day (do live near a highly travelled route) and 7:00 PM got a call from the carrier that pick up would be at 8:00 AM ! . We were given phone numbers for the transport company and driver. My son was able to contact the driver to find out where the car was and how on schedule the driver was. The car was scheduled to arrive on Saturday and it arrived slighty ahead of schedule - Friday night. We were very pleased with how everything went and would use M2Reeves again.
