Issues Resolved~ Mitch stands behind his company!!!

Starting out with placing my initial order the customer service I received from Brenda was excellent. Once it got close to the time of pick up they still had not finalized with a carrier and it wasn't until 9 days after the original start of pick up window did they finalize with a driver. The car was supposed to be picked up the day I was flying out to relocate and I had to leave the car with someone else to release the car to the driver. The driver was unable to pick up the car until the next day and I was at risk of getting my car towed because the driver asked me to park it in a big public lot where his truck would be able to fit. He said he didn't come into residential neighborhoods, or streets.
I got horrible customer service once the car was due to be picked up from Katie. Katie was rude and she was very unprofessional. She yelled at me and put me on hold without getting someone on the phone to speak with me.
Once I e-mailed the owner Mitch he called me back the very next day to discuss my experience and he was courteous and very apologetic and was willing to do anything to make me happy. Once we spoke I felt much better about the company and thus would give M2Reeves another chance.
