My experience with this company was really good. I have never shipped a car out and had not heard anything about this company before, I only googled it and it was the first to pop up. The great service started out with the agents which answered all the questions I had, she would check up on me and make sure that I understood everything. The also were really friendly and I could tell that they were passionate about helping me and cared about my experience. It was really nice how I could call the company any time and once my car was on the truck being in contact with the driver was really helpful in my situation because I did not exactly know where my destination was because I am moving cross country. My estimated date was about 9 days after placing the order therefore I ordered my plane ticket to arrive two days before my car did. Although when they picked up it turned out that the car would get there before me which was frustrating. But they were helpful and about to hold my car in a holding station free of charge until I was able to pick it up. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and using this company and when I decide to move back to VA I will definitely use this company to ship my car back East. Thanks guys!
