Hello,
I am writing to inform potential customers of M2Reeves to not hesitate to use their exceptional service. I recently found a car down in Arizona that I was interested in purchasing, however, I'd never shipped a car before so I wasn't sure where to begin. I found M2Reeves site on the internet and was instantly impressed with the large number of positive reviews I found. I had received other quotes for bringing my car home to Oregon, but the quote that I got from M2Reeves was lower than many of the others and once I spoke with one of their polite customer service representatives and they explained the process and answered all of my questions, I immediately decided that they would be the right company for me.
I was particularly impressed with the continual contact that I had with both the company and the driver who was carrying my car. They called 24 hours prior to set up a time to get the car and again when they were within two hours of pickup. The same courtesy was given to me when they dropped my car off at my home. I received a call a day in advance and then again when the driver was about two to two and a half hours away. Then finally, I received a call when the driver was in town and within minutes of my home. I was very impressed with the courtesy of everyone that I spoke with, both at the company and with the transport company that was used.
Although both of my cars are older ('87 and '89), there is so much sentimental value to them that I would not let just any carrier haul them. I am planning on moving across the county in a few years and I definitely will be using M2Reeves for that move for both of my cars. Thank you so much for all the care and concern you and your company showed me. I will definitely be using your service again.
