In December 2009 I shipped a BMW 528i from Las Vegas to Buffalo. I deal with Emily on the phone, who was very efficient and professional. Everything went smoothly and pick-up and delivery were not excessively late. I was more concerned with pick-up times as I was driving down from Canada and these were accommodated without issue. There was no damage to the car, and though it was dirty, I wasn't expecting it to be otherwise given it was an open transport. In addition, the driver ensured that all cars being unloaded were in drivable condition and that there were no other issues before leaving (regardless of if they had to do with transport or not).
In general, after booking the car was picked up within a week, delivered within a reasonable time, the driver was contactable in the evenings if necessary and I have no complaints for their service. If you're looking to ship a car, consider this company.
