VERY professional people. worked and communicated well with me to get our car out to Utah. It was an oven truck so our car got a little dirty but i think thats to be expected during the winter time where roads are nasty. the shipper even took the time to take off the antena to ensure it wasn't damaged. overall good service i would use them again if i ship another vehicle.
