My Car shipping was door to door delivery and paid more than the competitors price to get a good service. ( M2Reeves - $750, Competitor Price - $625)

Car Pick up :
The car was picked up on expected date but the driver told to drop the car at about 1 mile away and he promised my friend to drop back at his home and he refused to drop him. I ended up in paying for cab that costs me $30.

Car Delivery:
Car delivery was early than expected.Two days early ( Happy about this ).
I need to walk 1/2 - 1 mile to pick up the car because driver said his GPS not working properly, he can come only to near by location.

I was told to give driver $525( By M2REEVES) but driver has a paper work and its was $550.
He said that's the agreement he had with the company.

I had $20 cash in my pocket and paid it to him with $525. Total i paid $545 ( 525+20)

Car Condition:
Car top was full of oil leaks (expected). The car's driver door was full of black oil marks, even after 2 washes they can't be wiped off( Unexpected and unhappy about this because its a WHITE LEXUS CAR).

over all my cost : $229 + $545 + $28 = $ 802 ( -$50 : if i get Mail-in-rebate )


I was promised that i will get $50 mail-in-rebate after i submit feed back.
