Late pick up but overall good service

The price was reasonable and the customer service was good. The only problem was the late pick up. I was told that the late pick-up was due to the fact that my vehicle was in an area that wasn't commonly traveled by the transport vehicles. This I understand. However, I was upset that I was not informed of this until after the fact that my vehicle had not been picked up for 2 weeks after the first available pick up date. I was also upset that the company did not make an effort to contact me about the late pick up. I had to call and then they finally got on the ball. But all in all, I'm happy because my vehicle was delivered in perfect condition for a reasonable price. The driver was very friendly also.
