MJ Parker's first driver did not anything the requirement to have insurance. He said he would have to call MJ Parker. He also could not find the city where the vehicle was to be picked up. MJ Parker assigned another company, Auto Trans Group of Elk Grove, IL. Auto Trans Group did not contact me. They picked the vehicle up a day early. Auto Trans did not return multiple phone calls or one email. I was not able to get a live person on the phone with Auto Trans Group until the day of scheduled delivery. MJ Parker was told on the second day by Auto Trans Group they were calling me at the time they were talking to each other. That never happened.
