I had arranged a move from CA to FL through a broker in CA. Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time. HOWEVER, the vehicle was delivered covered in transmission fluid and scratches to the right rear quarter panel and rear door glass. When I pointed these damages out to the driver (Chris) he brushed it off by saying that my 99 Honda was "old". He proceeded to call his boss and I was told to get two estimates. One was considerably higher then the other as the shop was unsure if scratches could be polished out. I was able to remove the tansmission fluid myself with solvent. After trying to fax the estimates several times, I found out that their fax machine had been disconnected. Some time had lapsed and I was unable to follow up due to my cross country moved. I then contacted the original broker who spoke with ANDRE several times. I was told that a check had been mailed out. Needless to say, I've been waiting a few weeks and still haven't received payment after sending them the two estimates and photos. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They just don't care. If anyone wants to contact me directly, feel free to do so. The name of the contact person at this business, MRV TRANSPORT in Glendale CA, is named ANDRE HARTUNYAN. The driver who could care less about my damages is named CHRIS.
