My vehicle was delivered in late Oct. 2007. Immediately I noticed damage on the front end that was not expected. By using the Bill of Ladings from the pick-up location and the delivery location, in addition to my CarChex report, I was able to make a strong case with their insurance company that the damage was in fact their fault. So, the insurance company ruled in my favor for the full amount of repair which was $1200. They mailed me a check for $200, but informed me that the remaining $1000 was the deductible amount of MRV and that I would have to get that from them myself. After many attempts to get this resolved with Andre (lots of unanswered phone calls and emails), I finally received an email from him today that MRV has gone bankrupt and was dissolved. My, how convenient! Not sure what, if anything I can do now. I asked for proof of the bankruptcy, but don't know if I will get it, or if there is anything I can do if they have been dissolved.
