Using Magic carpet was an extremely easy way to ship my car, and the service far exceeded the company I had previously used. I really appreciated how honest and forthcoming Kaleigh was in explaining the business, and she did not pressure me to make any decisions, but simply helped describe my options. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to, which reassured me that I was dealing with a customer service focused company. She did a great job matching my car with a driver on exactly the day I wanted, and was prompt to follow up with me at each step of the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would definitely recommend calling Kaleigh if you need help shipping your car.
