This was my first time transporting a vehicle so I was clueless how the process worked. I needed my car shipped from California to Illinois. Kaleigh (800-901-6452) was not only honest and patient in explaining how things would work, she was also right on with the quote amount! It totally made my day when she called to inform me that a driver was assigned to pick up/deliver my car and that he didn't request another penny. My car was picked up when I wanted, and delivered in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport and will for sure use them again! ~Sherilyn W., Illinois
