Don't Trust, worst customer service, don't pay rebate amount upon real/negative

I was requested to transport form MN to TX, till last date they never turned up.. after many calls they said they will come and pick up in 1 hour, though they have inform us 24 hrs advance..

The car was delivered late, it was dirty and damaged..

When I posted my expereince, they didn't refund my rebate amount since I wrote negative but it was real expereince ..

Later they sent email to me saying they didn't find my order and hence removing my review.. I replied twice to them quoting that, I have emails as proof and how can they say they can't locate my order but never responded..

Moreover, these r middlemen and make commission, it's better to contact directly to shipper and hence we save hundereds of $$..
I am sure, they try to remove this review as well; I told many my friends about experience and they communicated their friends and hence many stopped calling them by just seeing reviews on this website..

so make careful decision, if u doing business with them.
