Amazing customer service

It isn't often you see a 5 star review for a company that you end up not using...but let me tell you my story. I needed a car moved from the notheast to the Florida panhandle, but was very tight on pickup dates. After looking at the reviews, I called a few companies for quotes. When I spoke to Greg at Magic Carpet, I knew I had found the company I wanted to work with. Greg was personable and knowledgeable, and started to try to make my move work. I can honestly say that he and I spoke to each other almost a dozen times over the course of three days. He tried every angle to try to make the move work, and there were times where he was calling me back with new thoughts every 10-15 minutes. And, he was calling his dispatchers, too, trying to make it work. Who knew how hard it would be to get a car delivered to the panhandle this time of year...the real issue was the tight time I had for pickup.

In the end, I decided to drive part way and take the Amtrak Auto Train the rest. However, I would use Greg again in a heart beat. In fact, I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a move. As I said, it isn't often you send a 5 star review for a company that yo ultimately don't do business with. However, if customer service and industry knowledge are important to you, then you absolutely want to go with Greg and Magic Carpet.

This was a great experience for a situation that end in another option. :) I strive to always be dynamic in my approach to finding ways of getting the job done, even if that means helping to suggest ways other than myself.
