As stated in the email I sent to you. Dates and prices are not guaranteed. If you would have read the terms and conditions like I asked you to do you would have a better understanding on how this works. We didn't even move your vehicle and the carrier we had assigned to you broke down. We also didn't charge anything to you for the service we provided. So to say we ripped you off is a lie.
