Jeff was brutally honest and told it like it is and made me understand how shipping works and how the drivers respond to posts on the dispatch boards. Note to anyone reading this: If you want your car picked up fast...offer more money..DO NOT GO WITH THE CHEAPEST COMPANY. The drivers really dictate the dollar amount. 1100.00 would not get a driver to bite but 1800.00 got it picked up fast (different shipping routes could be less money) as a broker magic carpet (Jeff) are true professionals. I had contacted 4 other companies prior and got bad service and no follow up. Jeff called me like 15 times to give me updates and follow ups. Contacting the dealer several times for updates as well. Dont waste your time hunting...GO WITH MAGIC CARPET!!! they will try and find the best "realistic" rates out there...again...go with a lowball company and good luck getting it picked up.

To be completely honest, you made my job easier because you were frustrated with the lack of service you received prior to calling me. You just want your 1948 Chevy truck picked up so I went to work to find someone who could and would do it. Another example of "you get what you pay for" What's more important, lower price or speed of service, because you can't have both.
