This was the first time I had ever used a transport service to transport my car.
I was obviously tensed and worried. But after reading the good reviews about
Magic Carpet, I decided to go ahead. After the entire experience, I am very happy
to say that I have made a great choice. There will be a dedicated person assigned to
you through the entire process. In my case, it was Jeff Vigue who was just a phone
call away for all my concerns and questions. He explained me all the things involved very
patiently.

Since Magic Carpet is just a Broker, there may be some delays on the actual carrier side.
But Jeff was always there to keep you updated about the current status.
