Magic Carpet Auto Transport had been recommended to us by a friend and we were beyond happy with the service we received! Sue Garrison was extremely helpful, giving me a ton of information about the entire process during our first call - from getting a price accepted, how long it would take for us to hear from a shipping company, how long we could expect the shipping to take, etc. She really put my mind at ease about the entire process and she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Once our quote was accepted, Sue made sure to follow-up with us so that we knew exactly when the truck was expected to arrive at our home and someone from Magic Carpet also called us after the car had been delivered to make sure everything had gone as planned. I can't say enough about how happy we were with Sue's customer service and the wonderful experience we had with Magic Carpet Auto Transport! The entire shipment went according to plan and Sue was on top of it every step of the way!
