I accepted Magic Carpet's $1709 bid to ship my car and gave them my CC which they then charged. Then about 15 min later another person from Magic Carpet called me to tell me that the cost of shipping was really $650 MORE than the original bid of $1709. She then became irate when I told her the bid was $1709 and not $2359 that she demanded. She (not Jacquie) refused to honor the $1709 bid I received and acted upon in good faith.
