Originally I booked with another car transport company called All American Transport...BIG MISTAKE. They didn't return my phone calls and didn't let me know the status of the pick up of my vehicle which threw me into a panic. THANK GOD FOR MALIA! I called Magic Carpet and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She explained everything to me so I could actually understand and helped me figure out the best way to get my car to where I was going. It took a little while to get my car to leave the pick up location since there was a lack of trucks leaving, but she kept me informed every step of the way. The fact that she took the time to call, check in on me, give me updates and try everything she could to get my car moved was so amazing. Moving is already a stressful situation, dealing with incompetent people adds to that, but after I booked with Malia and Magic Carpet I was at ease and knew that everything was going to be ok. She truly is what customer service should be about. She helped ease all my fears and worries and made a hellish situation totally bearable. If I ever have to ship my car again I wouldn't hesitate at all to book with Malia and Magic Carpet again..
