I have a lot of trouble trusting random people with my belongings, especially with something as valuable as a car but I saw many good reviews of Magic Carpet on this site so I decided to trust them. BAD IDEA. From the very beginning when I called they were disorganized but they were friendly so I didn't mind. They were very vague about the deposit I was supposed to pay but the pickup came on time. On the delivery day, the sales rep handling my car was conveniently not in and I dealt with numerous people who just kept me on hold for long periods of time and kept telling me that the driver that had my car is not answering his phone. This went on for about 6 hours until I'd worried myself to death & they finally call me and tell me it would be delivered the next day. When I asked them why it was late, the woman just said, "because that's when the car is getting there". They were no longer friendly, completely unprofessional during the whole process and did not take into account my needs as a customer. I would never use this service again.
