From the start I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism of staff. I was always put in contact with my account executive and did not have to wait more than few minutes. Nicole explained to me the rocess thouroughly and in great details, I called many times before taking my final decision (because I was comparing with other transport company) and every time she was patient and very detailed with her answers. Nicole also was very cooperative in finding a way to speed up the process at no additional cost if that was possible and recommanded a course of action to do so. Often when discussing matters with her I would receive an email as we finished our discussion. Call three transport companies for prices and you would notice in no time the difference in the customer service. I would recommand this company without any hesitation
