When I decided to ship my vehicle vice driving it, I did a bit of research on many car forums. All of them led me to this site. From here I made several quote requests, and received several quotes including offers to match/beat the quotes of others. First thing Monday morning, I began calling the companies that had sent me a quote, this was my first time shipping a vehicle and wanted to know more about the whole process. Magic Carpet wasn't the first company I called, but they were the last because Nicole was the first to take a few minutes out of her busy schedule to explain how the process worked. We finished that conversation with me scheduling to have my car picked up for transport the following Friday. Websites and FAQs can explain much of it but they do not always answer all of the questions a person may have. I enjoyed working with Nicole to move my car, and also enjoyed not getting caught off guard by any step of the process. If I ever need to move a vehicle again, the folks at Magic Carpet will be the first on my list, and the first I would recommend to anyone else!
