10/19: order confirmed, from salt lake city, UT to Shreveport, LA. 777$ open carrier. pick up date: 10/27-10/28.
10/29: Nicole could not fine the driver/carrier. I had to leave the car to my friend and took the flight to Shreveport (booked on 10/20 after the order confirmed)
11/04: 16 days after, Nicole still could not find the driver/carrier to move my car with the reason of difficult route. Ms. Caffee (?, the manager?) said the pickup date could not be scheduled until they find the carrier, and that may take a month, with no gurantee. She suggested 2 options: pay $300 more for a better chance or deliver the car to other cities. In order to have my car as soon as possible, I agreed to drop the car in Dallas, which is 200 miles away from Shreveport.
11/05: car was picked up finally
11/07: car was delivered in Dallas. I had to rent a car (one way rental), drove to Dallas, and drove my car back to Shreveport.
