The customer service at Magic Carpet Auto Transport rendered by Stephanie Hamilton was excellent. She remained in very good contact with me and contacted me with prompt updates and a very quick turnaround for a pickup date from the time I made my order. Her quote was very close to the actual dollar amount and she led me through the deposit process clearly and effectively.
The delivery truck was at the pick-up destination a little early but the driver was accomodating and understood the time schedule. The inspection of my vehicle was thorough and the driver was very detail oriented.
The drop-off was late due to inclement weather but the driver stayed in good contact with updates by the hour regarding his estimated arrival time.
Overall I was very pleased with the whole process and was surprised by the quickness of the delivery. The delivery was only nine calendar days from Seattle, WA to Long Island, NY. I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport in the future for any more vehicle shipping needs.
