My customer contact, Stephanie was curtious and prompt in replying to all my inquiries. Also all her responses were accurate. The car was picked up a day earlier than expected, Oct. 27th but because I was available for the call from the carrier it worked out. The pick up was convenient & easy. Much to my surprise the car was delivered early in California. The carrier moved the car off the open carrier and put it on a single truck flat bed allowing it to be delivered to an address convenient for my son who picked it up.
The price charged for your service was competitive and with the rebate actually cheaper than may who quoted similar service. A great deal of care was taken to record the condition of the car before shipment and the car was delivered without any damage.
This was my first experience shipping an automobile and although I do not plan to do it again in the near future I would certainly choose Magic Carpet if the need again arose. I will also recommend your company to my friends if they are looking for a auto transporter. In a world where I expect something to almost always go wrong I was pleasantly surprised.
